What Exactly is Hypnobabies?

Hypnobabies® is a six-week series taught by certified Hypnobabies Childbirth Hypnosis Instructors (HCHI). Each class is 2.5 - 3 hours in length.  All class materials are included in the price of the class.  The cost of the series is $450 for group classes.  A $150 Non-Refundable Deposit holds your space in class.  Once class begins, no refunds are offered.  A Zoom option is available for those unable to attend in person.   

The same Hypnobabies live class, but taught privately.  This can be in person or via Zoom.  Get the personalized attention you desire.  The cost for a private class is $900.  Get complete childbirth education and learn real hypnosis techniques rather than relying on simple relaxation, breathing or guided imagery for your comfort during your birth.  

A self paced and guided option. You will follow the instructions in the reading material and do the practice all on your own.  There is less involvement from the birth partner in this option. I offer two options of support during this class in addition to the option of adding Doula services.  A full birth rehearsal is included along with weekly check ins.
